Translation: "On behalf of the victory of our Imperial Lord, NAMA THEO MITHRAI, NAMA to the fathers Libeianos and Theodorus, NAMA also to Marinus the PETITOR, NAMA to all the SYNDEXIOI in the presence of the god."1

Ὓπὲρ Νίκης του Κυρί/ου ἡμων Αὐτοκράτορος / Νάμα θεῷ Μίθρᾳ / νάμα πάτρασι Λιβει/ανῷ καὶ Θεωδώρῳ / νάμα καὶ Μαρείνῳ πε/τίτορι νάμα πᾶσι τοῖς / συνδεξίοις παρὰ τῳ θε[ῷ];
Underneath the word "Mi/qraj" in a crown; to the right a palmbranch. The emperor mentioned is probably Caracalla.
